Dai wa Shou o Kanenai

大は小を兼ねない

Summary:

The protagonist, Itsuki Tenkubashi, is a student council member responsible for accounting. He didn’t volunteer to become a member but couldn’t refuse when asked. Because of this aspect of his personality, he often faces various difficulties. Even so, he leads a life that is far from dramatic, one that could be described as ordinary. One day, he was called by the president, Sakurako Byoubugaura, even though it wasn’t a day for a regular meeting. He had a bad feeling about it, and his steps felt a bit heavier. She is one of the top beauties at the school, competing for the first or second spot, and an academically excellent student council president. Because of this, among male students (though not around her), she’s often referred to as 'Sakurako, the true goddess'. However, anyone who underestimates her is in for trouble. In fact, he had seen her firmly putting in their place more than once those flirty guys who approached her just because of her looks. When he entered the student council room, he was met with the sight of her standing tall. 'Byoubugaura-san, where is everyone else?' 'This matter is just for you. There was no need to call anyone else, right?' It seemed that his bad feeling was about to come true. He was often the one the president would ask for help. And in most cases, those requests were nearly impossible to fulfill. But this time, Byoubugaura-san seemed to hesitate. It was unusual for her, someone who usually made decisions swiftly and clearly. And then, the words that came out of her mouth were completely unexpected. (Translated from: DLsite)
