How to Build a Flying City

Dissatisfied with the taxes the empire is imposing, Miru, the mayor of Tisryle, activates the engines beneath her city and takes to the skies! Not wanting other cities to follow her example, the council that rules the empire immediately sends their armies to destroy Tisryle.
