Kami: Parade of Senses

The game is set in an alternative Europe during the latter half of the 20th century. Not long ago, a war known as the «Mindless War» finally came to an end. Against the backdrop of the adoption of the law on religious tolerance, a large number of religious organizations are being formed, one of which is the Order of Kami. The Order’s true goals, the core of its faith, and the history of its creation remain a mystery to all but a select few. While reading about this Order in the morning paper, our protagonist receives a letter: a job invitation. In a country ravaged by unemployment and having only recently finished rehabilitation from the scars of the Mindless War, they find themselves without alternatives. And so, they head to the interview. The job seems simple enough, requiring no prior experience. All they have to do is test a new development at the Institute of Advanced Research and Technology…
