Makoto-sensei no Junan: Heart Plus

Makoto Hiiragi, a teacher at the private Seigunkan Academy, ends up in a freak accident that transforms him into a beautiful woman. This time, as a mini-story, the author brings together his stepsister, Yume, who lives with him; the beautiful school nurse next door, Haruka; a timid male student, Yuu; along with the suspicious chemistry teacher, Reiji, and the gorilla-like gym teacher, Masuo—all dragged into the chaos. The trials and tribulations of Makoto-sensei—Heart Plus is now in session! [Translated from dlsite]
