Manatsu no Zangai

I'm about to lose consciousness. I'm somewhere between dreams, delusions, and reality. I don't know what is real, what is a dream, and what is a delusion. Is the dusty classroom I'm in real? I didn't know if this boy was real or my delusion. [Translated from Freem!]
