Porcelain Heart

When Hazel's life is saved by a witch, she doesn't know at first whether to be hopeful or afraid. And despite Mary's eagerness, despite her love, that unease, that telling unease... it never quite goes away.

Hazel is bleeding in a forest, about to die at the hands of the duke, when her life is saved by Mary, a witch.
