The protagonist, known as “Doctor”, decides his actions based on the choices made by “you”, the player. Doctor, a psychiatrist, wakes up in a hospital. For the next five days—until the patients are discharged—Doctor must take care of them. However, the three patients are exceptionally sweet, exceptionally cute, and exceptionally troublesome troublemakers…? A psychological horror, choice-based depression game where the protagonist’s fate changes depending on the choices made by you, the player.
