This game is an eroge based on "The Tale of Genji." It keeps the original story's depth and diverse characters but has been updated to appeal to modern audiences. The protagonist, Hikaru Genji, is born as a prince of the Heian Emperor. With his handsome looks and many a talent, he thrives in the aristocratic society of his time, having love affairs with various women—this is the essence of the story.
